§ 4462. Staggered election

The bylaws of the cooperative shall provide for the staggered election of the members of the Board and the supervision committee so that the terms of office of the members of said bodies do not expire in the same year. In the case that a director ceases to be in office prior to the end of his/her term, the director who substitutes him/her shall be elected for the remainder of said term.
