All members must comply with the obligations imposed by this chapter, the articles and the bylaws and with:
(a) Any contract, or corporate or monetary obligation with the cooperative;
(b) the agreements of the assembly and its board;
(c) hold office as elected, and
(d) protect the interests of his/her cooperative.
