The articles of incorporation and the bylaws of the cooperative may be amended at any regular general assembly or at any special general assembly held for such a purpose. Amendments must be approved by the vote of two-thirds (⅔) of the members present, or by two-thirds (⅔) of the delegates present in cooperatives organized by district.
