The Cooperative Development Administration shall examine the constituting documents for compliance with all the requirements in this chapter, and to determine if any of the provisions contravene the laws of Puerto Rico. The Cooperative Development Administration shall submit the articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State within the prescriptive term of forty-five (45) working days from the date said documents are filed.
