§ 111. Plans, designs and specifications

The Manager of the State Insurance Fund of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to use from the unencumbered funds in the General Fund of the State Insurance Fund, created by §§ 1—42 of this title, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or the part thereof that may be necessary, for the preparation of plans, designs and necessary specifications for the construction of a Regional Dispensary in the Metropolitan Area for the adequate rendering of medical services to workers injured by reason of work accidents, and he may use the services of consultants and experts in the preparation of plans, the designs and specifications or he may otherwise delegate for such purpose other government agencies.
