§ 62. Injured migrant workers returning to the Commonwealth—Duties of Manager of State Insurance Fund

The services referred to in § 61 of this title shall be rendered by the Manager of the State Insurance Fund, at the behest of the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources or of the person by him designated.
