(a) To coordinate with the Council the services to be provided to the homeless in the municipality.
(b) To implement and diffuse the public policy set forth in this chapter in the assigned municipality.
(c) To devise a work plan taking into account preventive aspects.
(d) To attend the trainings offered by the Council.
(e) To collect statistical data.
(f) To serve as liaison with the pertinent government agencies regarding programs and benefits, give instructions, and design policy for implementation in their respective municipalities, as provided by the Council.
(g) To present annual reports to the Council.
(h) To cooperate with the Council in designing strategies geared to obtaining federal and state funds, as well as from private companies.
