This chapter shall apply to all gas service stations dispatching gasoline and diesel that voluntarily agree to be part of the Online Directory, in order to provide full gas service to persons with disabilities who so request free of charge. This chapter shall also apply to persons with disabilities duly identified as such by a removable placard or a license plate.
