§ 806. Disposition of donated assets through payment

Any person who disposes of assets donated pursuant to this chapter, and in contravention thereof, through payment or its equivalent, will have incurred a misdemeanor punishable by a five hundred (500) dollar fine, imprisonment for six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
