§ 57c. Loaíza Cordero Institute for Blind Children—Buildings for Institute only

No building not intended for use by the Loaíza Cordero Institute for Blind Children shall be constructed on the lands of the Loaíza Cordero Institute for Blind Children, without specific authorization by law.
