That portion of the parcel of land situate between the new road in the southern part of Santurce and the railroad track which was formerly a part of the Boys’ Charity School of Santurce, shall be applied exclusively to the erection, maintenance and appurtenances of a school for blind children; and the sale of any part of said land is hereby prohibited.
