§ 47. Definitions

For the purposes of this chapter the following terms shall have the meaning expressed below:

(a) Office of the General Coordinator for Socioeconomic Financing and Self-Management.— Is the government agency of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico created by virtue of §§ 962 et seq. of Title 21.

(b) Special communities.— Means those communities that have been identified and recognized as such pursuant to the criteria established in §§ 962 et seq. of Title 21.

(c) Fund for the Socioeconomic Development of the Special Communities of Puerto Rico.— Means the fund created by virtue of §§ 962 et seq. of Title 21.

(d) Loan Program for the Creation of Child Day-Care Centers.— Is the program created by virtue of Act No. 212 of August 29, 2000, as amended.

(e) Federal Community Reinvestment Law.— Means Public Law 95-128, as amended, approved by the Congress of the United States on October 12, 1977.
