§ 448f. Failure to comply

Failure to comply with a protection order issued pursuant to this chapter, shall constitute a felony in the third degree in its lesser half, and shall be punished accordingly.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Rule 11 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, as amended, even though there is no order to that effect, all law enforcement officers must make an arrest when shown a protection order issued under this chapter or a similar law against the person to be arrested or if it is determined that said order exists by contacting the corresponding authorities and they have reason to believe that the provisions of the protection order have been violated.
