Section 533.284 - Assessors - Cabinet to maintain list - Qualifications(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall establish and maintain a list of approved assessors for each county participating in the pilot program established under KRS 533.272 to perform clinical assessments; and(2) No assessor shall be approved unless he or she is a:(a) Qualified mental health professional as defined under KRS 533.270; and(b) Medicaid-approved provider or employed by a Medicaid-approved provider.Added by 2022 Ky.
