Section 9-2227 - [Effective 1/1/2025] [Prepayment](a) The consumer may prepay in full the unpaid balance of a covered transaction at any time without penalty.(b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas mortgage business act.Added by L. 2024, ch. 6,§ 7, eff. 1/1/2025.
