Section 8-1610 - Reports by secretary of health and environment on deaths resulting from accidents

On or before the 10^th day of each month, the secretary of health and environment shall report in writing to the department of transportation, the death of any person resulting from a vehicle accident, giving the time and place of the accident and the circumstances relating thereto.
