Section 76-832 - Interest attributable to moneys in animal research facility debt service fund; transfer to fund

On or before the 10^th of each month, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer from the state general fund to the animal research facility debt service fund interest earnings based on:

(a) The average daily balance of moneys in the animal research facility project fund and the animal research facility debt service fund for the preceding month; and

(b) the net earnings rate for the pooled money investment portfolio for the preceding month.
