Section 65-7622 - Acupuncturist-patient privilege(a) The confidential relations and communications between a licensed acupuncturist and the acupuncturist's patient are placed on the same basis as those established between a physician and a physician's patient in K.S.A. 60-427, and amendments thereto.(b) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2017.Added by L. 2016, ch. 92,§ 27, eff. 7/1/2016.
