Section 65-4432 - Definitions(a) "Mental health center" means any community mental health center as defined in K.S.A. 39-2002, and amendments thereto, or mental health clinics organized pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 65-211 through 65-215, and amendments thereto, and licensed in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 39-2001 et seq., and amendments thereto.(b) "Secretary" means the secretary for aging and disability services.Amended by L. 2018, ch. 71,§ 22, eff. 7/1/2018.Amended by L. 2014, ch. 115,§ 268, eff. 7/1/2014.L. 1987, ch. 249, § 2; July 1.
