Section 65-4412 - Definitions(a) "Community facilities for people with intellectual disability" means: (1) Any community facility for people with intellectual disability organized pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-4001 through 19-4015, and amendments thereto, and licensed in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 39-2001 et seq., and amendments thereto; or (2) any intellectual disability governing board that contracts with a nonprofit corporation to provide services for people with intellectual disability.(b) "Secretary" means secretary for aging and disability services.Amended by L. 2018, ch. 71,§ 21, eff. 7/1/2018.Amended by L. 2014, ch. 115,§ 267, eff. 7/1/2014.Amended by L. 2012, ch. 91,§ 47, eff. 7/1/2012.L. 1986, ch. 245, § 2; July 1.
