Section 65-1825a - Rules and regulations; sanitation standards(a) Except with regard to sanitation standards provided for by K.S.A. 65-1,148, and amendments thereto, the board may adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The rules and regulations of the board shall be posted for public inspection in the main office of the board and a certified copy thereof shall be filed in the office of the administrative officer of the board.
