Section 58-4605 - Same; application of act(a) This act, and amendments thereto, apply to all common interest communities that contain 12 or more units that may be used for residential purposes and are created within this state after the effective date of this act.(b) This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2011.Added by L. 2010, ch. 116,§ 5, eff. 7/1/2010.
