Section 53-5a31 - Relation to electronic signatures in global and national commerce act(a) This act modifies, limits and supersedes the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., except that nothing in this act modifies, limits or supersedes § 7001(c) of that act or authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described in § 7003(b) of that act.(b) This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2022.Added by L. 2021, ch. 64,§ 31, eff. 1/1/2022.
