Section 48-3067 - [Punishment for use of credit card, debit card or other access device](a) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, with the knowing intent to defraud and obtain money, property, services or something of value, uses: (1) A stolen credit card, debit card or other access device;(2) a revoked, canceled or otherwise invalid credit card, debit card or other access device; or(3) a credit card, debit card or other access device without the authorization of a person whose authorization is required for such use.(b) As used in this section:(1) "Access device" means the same as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1029.(2) "Credit card" and "debit card" mean cards issued on behalf of the United States government or the state of Kansas or because of the member's service in the state military forces.Added by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 29, eff. 7/1/2024.
