Section 47-1511 - Planning assistance for feedlotsUpon request of the animal health commissioner, the secretary of health and environment shall make staff engineers available to assist:
(1) An operator of any feedlot in the state of Kansas; and(2) any person who has applied for a license to operate a feedlot in the state of Kansas, in the development of plans and in the design for the construction of facilities for a feedlot in order to control pollution of streams and lakes.
