Section 41-320a - Suspension, involuntary cancellation or revocation of license; grounds(a) The director may suspend, involuntarily cancel or revoke any license issued pursuant to the Kansas liquor control act if, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, the director determines that the licensee has:(1) Fraudulently obtained the license by providing false information on the application therefor, or at any hearing thereon;(2) violated any of the provisions of the Kansas liquor control act, any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to such act or any lawful order issued by the director; or(3) become ineligible to obtain a license or permit under K.S.A. 41-311 or 41-311b, and amendments thereto.(b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas liquor control act.Amended by L. 2021, ch. 107,§ 8, eff. 5/27/2021.Added by L. 2015, ch. 82,§ 11, eff. 7/1/2015.
