Section 34-2,110 - Warehouseman's annual statement of depositors to secretary

Every public warehouseman shall make available to the secretary a verified composite statement of depositors of open storage grain or grain bank grain. The composite statement shall contain the same information as in K.S.A. 34-2,109, and amendments thereto.
