Section 17-6908 - Compensation, costs and expensesThe district court, before making distribution of the assets of a corporation among the creditors or stockholders thereof, shall allow and pay out of the assets:
(a) A reasonable compensation to the trustee or receiver for the trustee's or receiver's services;(b) the cost and expenses incurred in and about the execution of such trustee's or receiver's trust, including reasonable attorney fees; and(c) the costs of the proceedings in the court.Amended by L. 2016, ch. 110,§ 96, eff. 7/1/2016.L. 1972, ch. 52, § 111; L. 2004, ch. 143, § 69; Jan. 1, 2005.
