Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 111 and 2024 Special Session Acts Chapter 4
Where by other statutes the construction of lateral and other sewers is payable by assessments against the property in a benefited district such statutes shall be followed and the costs assessed and bonds issued as provided by such statutes.
