Section 12-4901 - Homes for aged; definitionsAs used in this act:
(a) "City" means any incorporated city in the state of Kansas;(b) "home for the aged" means a building or buildings and the appurtenances to be used as a home for aged persons, and such other persons as the governing body of the city shall direct and shall include adult care homes;(c) "adult care home" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto under K.S.A. 39-923, and amendments thereto;(d) "person" means an individual, corporation, association, partnership or any organization.L. 1965, ch. 146, § 1; L. 1967, ch. 115, § 1; L. 1971, ch. 69, § 1; L. 1986, ch. 85, § 1; April 24.
