Section 9-32-2.1-43 - "Used motor vehicle"

"Used motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle that:

(1) has been previously titled under IC 9-17; or

(2) has been transferred by a manufacturer, distributor, or dealer to an ultimate purchaser.
