Section 9-32-2.1-30 - "Manufacturer of a vehicle subcomponent system"

"Manufacturer of a vehicle subcomponent system" means a manufacturer of a vehicle subcomponent system essential to the operation of a motor vehicle. The term includes a public or private university that is engaged in the:

(1) research;

(2) development; or

(3) manufacture;

of a vehicle subcomponent system.
