Section 9-32-2-9.5 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2024] "Converter manufacturer"

"Converter manufacturer" means a person that adds to, subtracts from, or modifies a previously assembled or manufactured motor vehicle. The term does not include a person that manufactures recreational vehicles.
