Section 9-28-6-4 - Commission; cooperation and assistance from other agencies

Within appropriations available therefor, the departments, agencies, and officers of this state may cooperate with and assist the vehicle equipment safety commission within the scope contemplated by Article 3(h) of the compact. The departments, agencies, and officers of this state may generally cooperate with the commission.
