Section 9-22-1-32 - Liability for loss or damage to vehicle or vehicle parts The following are not liable for loss or damage to a vehicle or parts occurring during the removal or storage of a vehicle or parts under this chapter:
(1) A person who owns, leases, or occupies property from which an abandoned vehicle or its contents or parts are removed.(4) An automobile scrapyard.(6) An agent of a person or entity listed in subdivisions (1) through (5).Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-9-1.1-11.
