Section 9-20-8-2 - Maximum length limitations

The maximum length limitations for buses are as follows:

(1) For an articulating bus used for public transportation purposes, sixty-five (65) feet.

(2) For a school bus, forty-two (42) feet.

(3) For all others, forty-five (45) feet.
