Section 9-20-16-1 - Report on condition of Indiana roads

Before August 1 of each year, the Civil Engineering School at Purdue University shall report in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 to the interim study committee on roads and transportation the results of a continuing study of the condition of Indiana's roads and streets as the condition may be affected by trucks and tractor-semitrailer combinations.
