Section 9-20-10-2 - Farm wagons; trailers in tow; exemption(a) A farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(1) ) is not subject to IC 9-20-9-8 with regard to trailers in tow.(b) A farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(2) ) may not be used to tow a trailer.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-12-2 part.
