Section 9-19-2-2 - Selling or equipping vehicle with noncomplying equipment

A person may not:

(1) have for sale;

(2) offer for sale; or

(3) sell or equip;

a motor vehicle with air conditioning equipment unless the equipment complies with this chapter.
