Section 9-18.5-8-7 - Duplicate placard; fee for original or duplicate temporary parking placard(a) If a placard issued under this chapter is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, the bureau shall issue a duplicate placard upon application by the person to whom the placard was issued.(b) There is no fee to issue an original or a duplicate placard under section 4 of this chapter.(c) The fee to issue an original or a duplicate placard under section 5 of this chapter is five dollars ($5).
