Section 9-18.5-3-1 - License plates issued to members of the general assembly and other state officials(a) License plates shall be issued to the following:(1) Members of the general assembly.(2) Spouses of members of the general assembly.(3) Other state officials who receive special license plates on an annual basis.(b) A license plate issued under this chapter may also be issued to a company or business owned by a person described in subsection (a).Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-16-1.
