Section 9-18.5-26-2 - Eligibility

A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a Lewis and Clark expedition license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:

(1) Completing an application for a Lewis and Clark expedition license plate.

(2) Paying the fees under section 3 of this chapter.
