Section 9-18.5-14-1 - Design and issuance

The bureau shall design and issue a kids first trust license plate. The kids first trust license plate shall be designed and issued as a special group recognition license plate under IC 9-18.5-12. The final design of the plate must be approved by the board (as defined in IC 31-26-4-2).
