Section 9-18.5-10-3.5 - Annual fees; disposition(a) After December 31, 2017, a person that:(1) registers a civic event vehicle under IC 9-18.1 for the current registration year; and(2) wishes to display on the civic event vehicle an authentic civic event license plate under section 3.6 of this chapter; must pay the required fee under subsection (b).
(b) The fee to display an authentic civic event license plate under subsection (a) is thirty-seven dollars ($37). The fee shall be distributed as follows: (1) Fifty cents ($0.50) to the state motor vehicle technology fund.(2) Six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50) to the motor vehicle highway account.(3) Thirty dollars ($30) to the commission fund.Amended by P.L. 9-2024,SEC. 311, eff. 7/1/2024.Amended by P.L. 86-2018,SEC. 145, eff. 3/15/2018.Added by P.L. 64-2017,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2017.
