Section 9-18.1-9-4 - Confidential license plate or other proof of registration for investigative purposes

The bureau may issue a confidential license plate or other proof of registration for investigative purposes to the following:

(1) A state agency upon the annual consent of the bureau or the Indiana department of administration.

(2) Other investigative agencies upon the annual consent of the superintendent of the state police.
