The fee to register a farm vehicle for a period of other than twelve (12) months is fifty percent (50%) of the applicable registration fee determined under IC 9-18.1-5-11 for the vehicle. The fee shall be distributed in the same manner as the applicable fee under section 5 of this chapter.
