Section 9-18.1-2-3 - Registration required for operation on highway

Except as provided in sections 4 through 9 of this chapter, a vehicle may not be operated on a highway unless the vehicle:

(1) is registered under this article; and

(2) displays proof of registration in accordance with this article.
