Section 9-18.1-10-5 - Applicability of chapter

This chapter does not apply to a vehicle that is registered under:

(1) a reciprocal agreement between the state of Indiana and another governmental entity;

(2) the International Registration Plan; or

(3) IC 9-18.1-13 with the department of state revenue.
