Section 9-14-12-7 - Fees for certified copies(a) The fee for a certified copy of a record maintained by the bureau under this chapter is as follows:(1) For a record that is generated by the bureau's computer systems, including a driving record, four dollars ($4) for each certified copy requested.(2) For a record that is not generated by the bureau's computer systems, eight dollars ($8) for each certified copy requested.(b) A fee imposed under this section:(1) is instead of the uniform copying fee established under IC 5-14-3-8; and(2) shall be deposited in the motor vehicle highway account.Pre-2016 Revision Citations: 9-29-2-1(a); 9-29-2-2(a); 9-29-2-2(b); 9-29-2-2(c); 9-29-2-2(d); 9-29-2-3.5; subsection (b) formerly 9-29-2-2(e).
