Section 9-13-2-5 - "Approved motorcycle driver education and training course" "Approved motorcycle driver education and training course" means:
(1) a course offered by a public or private secondary school, a new motorcycle dealer, or another driver education school offering motorcycle driver training as developed and approved by the bureau; or(2) a course that is:(A) offered by a commercial driving school or new motorcycle dealer; and(B) approved by the bureau.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-4-33.1.
